Wow! What a wonderful experience. I came up to look at a used Buick LaCrosse and went home in a brand new Ford Fusion. I had traveled two and a half hours to trade in my Chevy Malibu. On the way one of the tires on the Chevy blew out and arrived late....NO worries from the professional staff at Birdnow. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and had to get back home to coach her softball game. While working the numbers on the Buick I run across the Ford Fusion on the showroom floor. The discussion that took place about the two vehicles was one you would have on a back porch with family. Calm, friendly, relaxed, honest, and caring. They pull it out for me and off I test drive it. Come back in and find my self crunched for time...NO worries....The owner comes out and says "I understand you have obligations...perhaps you wouldn't mind taking the Fusion home with you to test it out and come back tomorrow and let us know either way!" Are YOU SERIOUS??? Customer Service at it's best. Went back and closed the deal the next day. Lowest stressed deal of all time. Totally work the long drive the next day. I felt like I was treated as a family member by all the staff especially John and the manager Brad.
