I had two pair of jeans with to shirts from another company laying near the location of City Laundry pickup site. The route driver picked them up and pulled the shirts out, leaving them but not the jeans. Somehow, they cannot be located. They won't replace them.

I have dealt with many other uniform companies in the past and had bad experiences with them. For example: Employees not receiving the same amount of garments back as they turned in the previous week. Garments returned without being repaired. Garments not being replaced when they are worn out.
