I ordered a LG supreme pizza & was charged 16.49 & should have been 9.00.i drove a ways for thi pizza. Was not happy when I figure my bill.
Waited a ridiculous amount of time to even pay for my carryout 10+ minutes then another 20 for food. Manager ignored my complaint so I filed one online and got my next meal free. Not worth the hastle.
Ashton did a wonderful job handling our order and was extremely polite. The Oelwein Pizza Hut always does a phenomenal job whether its dine in, carry out or their lunch buffet! Shout out to Shane for the always exceptional service he provides.
Unfriendly they do not welcome people. The person said WHAT DO YOU WANT? i said i want to pick up my pizza. A terrible place. They are rude and ignore customers.
